Welcome to the Canyon Conference Online Registration page. The 2024 Canyon Conference will take place June 7-9, 2024. Online registration opens February 15, 2024, and closes May 31, 2024 or when space runs out. There is a registration limit, so once we hit that number, we will shut down online registration and start a wait list. Registration will be online only and on a first come first served basis.
The registration fee for the conference is $140.00. The registration fee includes one bed in a shared cabin which sleeps between 15 and 20 people, admission to all conference meetings and meals at the camp. Cabins will be assigned at check in when you arrive at the conference. Online registrations must be fully paid for at the time of registration. Online reservations may be paid for with your PayPal account or, if you prefer, with a credit or debit card.

LODGE ROOM REGISTRATION
There are also a limited number of lodge rooms available as an optional upgrade. Lodge rooms may only be reserved online and when they are gone they are gone. If you wish to reserve a lodge room, use the Lodge Room Registration link below. Each lodge room has one double bed, two twin beds and a private bathroom. Up to four people may stay in each lodge room. The cost of a lodge room is $390 which includes one (1) conference registration. Each lodge room is reserved by one person and the entire fee for the lodge room is charged to that person. If you want to add additional people to your lodge room, you can list them in the “Other Guests” box when you register. However, they must also register for the Conference. When they register, they should use the normal Registration link. Other than the $140.00 Conference registration fee per person, there is no additional fee to add up to three additional people in a lodge room.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE LODGE ROOMS WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED WITH BED LINENS, PILLOWS OR TOWELS. YOU SHOULD PLAN TO BRING YOUR OWN LINENS, PILLOWS AND TOWELS.

IF YOU ADD YOURSELF TO THE WAIT LIST AND DO NOT ALSO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE WAIT LIST.
