THURSDAY NIGHT LODGING
There is a small conference kick off meeting on Thursday night at the lodge. If you would like to attend the conference kick off and stay in the lodge Thursday night, you will need to reserve space in the lodge for Thursday night. This option is only for people who have previously registered for the conference but now want to book lodging for Thursday night as well. If you booked for Thursday when you registered, you do not need to register again. If you have not registered for the conference, you need to do that first since the conference space is limited and it may sell out.
Your Thursday night registration in non-refundable and non-transferable.
Each lodge room has a queen bed and two twin beds. If you choose to register for a spot in a shared lodge room for Thursday night, you will be assigned a room to share with others. The cost of the room is charged on a per person basis. The lodge room cost is based on four people staying in the room, but only three beds can be reserved. The cost to reserve the queen bed is $80 and the cost to reserve one of the twin beds is $40. If you reserve a queen bed, you are free to share the bed with another person. All shared lodge rooms on Thursday night are single gender rooms.
