REGISTRATION
When you register you will be charged a base fee for the registration which includes the option of staying in one of the shared cabins. The cost to register is $175. Your registration also includes all you can stand food, fellowship and fun. Your registration in non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please contact webmaster@canyonconference.com if you want to transfer your registration. LODGING Your registration includes the option of staying in one of the shared cabins. THE LODGE IS FULL FOR FRIDAY-SUNDAY. However, there are also a limited number of lodge rooms available which you can reserve, while they last, for an additional charge of $280. Each lodge room has a queen bed, two twin beds and a private bathroom. You can add up to three additional people in your lodge room for no extra charge. Some people also choose to stay offsite, in a local hotel, airbnb, etc. Whatever your choice, we need you to let us know where you plan on staying so we can make sure we have a spot for everyone.
THURSDAY NIGHT
There is an informal kickoff meeting at the lodge on Thursday night. If you plan to attend the Thursday night meeting, you can reserve either an entire lodge room for Thursday night, subject to availability, or a spot in a shared lodge room, again, subject to availability. The additional cost for the entire lodge room on Thursday night is $160 and allows you to add up to 3 other people into your room. The cost of reserving just a queen bed for Thursday night is $80. The cost for reserving a twin bed for Thursday night is $40.
T-SHIRTS If you want to buy a T-Shirt, now is the time. Make your T-Shirt Selection below. T-Shirts are $25 and there will be a VERY limited supply at the conference for those who do not pre-order. T-Shirt Orders cut off on May 1. PAYMENT OPTIONS We use Stripe to process your payment which can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods.
