This link is only to reserve a lodge room on Thursday night. The cost of the room is charged on a per person basis. Your lodge room will be assigned to you and, unless you also have a lodge room reserved for the rest of the weekend, you will probably have to share the room with one or more other people. Your reservation for a Thursday night lodge room in NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
You will need to bring your own linens, pillows and towels.
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE TO RESERVE A SPACE ON THURSDAY NIGHT. IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE, YOUR THURSDAY NIGHT RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
Up to four people can stay in a lodge room. You can book between 1 and 4 spaces for Thursday night. If you serve more than 1 space, please list the other people that will be staying in your lodge room on Thursday night.
