The lodge rooms are fully booked. However, rarely, one of these becomes available. If you want to be added to the waiting list for a lodge room, you can use the link below. You will be asked to pay the normal registration fee and, if no room becomes available for you, you will be placed in a cabin. If a lodge room becomes available for you, you will be given an opportunity to pay the difference and move to the lodge. Because of the limited number of lodge rooms and the infrequency with which they become available, only 20 people will be placed on the waiting list.
Up to four people may stay in each lodge room. If you want to add additional people to your lodge room, you need to list them in the “Other Guests” box when you register. However, they must also register for the Conference. When they register, they should use the Lodge Room Add On Registration and indicate that they will be staying in your lodge room.
All payments must be made through PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account. If you prefer, you may use a credit or debit card. Once you have filled out the form below, press the PayPal button and you will be redirected to the payment portal. If you wish to use your credit or debit card, select the Credit/Debit card button after you are transferred to PayPal.
