REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025 CANYON CONFERENCE WILL OPEN FEBRUARY 15, 2025 AT MIDNIGHT.
Welcome to the Canyon Conference Online Registration page. The 2025 Canyon Conference will take place June 6-8, 2025. Online registration opens February 15 and closes the Friday a week before the conference or when space runs out. There is a registration limit, so once we hit that number, we will shut down online registration and start a wait list. Registration will be online only and on a first come first served basis.
The registration fee for the conference is $175. Your registration is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please contact webmaster@canyonconference.com if you want to transfer your registration.
In addition to registering for the conference, you may also reserve a lodge room, while available, at at additional cost. If you do not see the lodge as an option, that means the lodge is full.
CABIN SPACE
There are a number of cabins located at the Camp which house from 15 to 20 people per cabin in twin bunk beds. You can reserve a space in one of the cabins. Cabin assignments are made just before the start of the conference. If you know there is someone you want to bunk with, list them in the Comments section of the registration form and we will do what we can to put you in the same cabin.
LODGE ROOMS
There are a limited number of lodge rooms available. Up to four people may stay in each lodge room. Each lodge room has one queen, two twin beds and a private bathroom. The additional cost for the lodge room is $275 for Friday and Saturday nights and allows you to add up to 3 other people into your room. If you intend to have additional people in your your lodge room, please list them in the Comments section when you register. If you plan to stay in a lodge room reserved by someone else, list that person in the Comments section. Only one occupant needs to reserve a lodge room. Any additional occupants should submit a regular registration for the Conference.
NO LODGING OPTION
You can also choose to stay in a local hotel, airbnb, or the like. If you do, please indicate that you will not need lodging at checkout.
THURSDAY NIGHT
There is an informal kickoff meeting at the lodge on Thursday night. If you plan to attend the Thursday night meeting, you can reserve either an entire lodge room for Thursday night or a spot in a shared lodge room. The additional cost for the entire lodge room on Thursday night is $150 and allows you to add up to 3 other people into your room. The cost of reserving just a queen bed for Thursday night is $80. The cost for reserving a twin bed for Thursday night is $40.
